Ralph Bernstein

CEO and CTO
Dr. Bernstein holds a Ph.D. in Physical Electronics / Semiconductor Physics from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology. He has more than 15 years of experience within research of development from SINTEF, were he among other positions was Research Director of SINTEF Electronics and Cybernetics, Microsystems and Deputy Research Director of SINTEF ICT, Microsystems and Nanotechnology.

Erling Svela

CFO
Mr. Svela joined IDEX in 2008 as Chief Financial Officer. He has extensive experience in business administration in various industries and listed companies. Mr. Svela holds a M.Sc. in forest economics from the Norwegian University of Life Sciences and a MBA from Henley Management College and is a Certified European Financial Analyst from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration.

Jack Robinson

Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Mr. Robinson joined IDEX in 2010 as Vice President of Sales and Marketing of the Company. Previously he worked more than 20 years at Tandberg Data and Tandberg Storage, where his last assignment was Vice President Sales and Marketing. Mr. Robinson has a technical and commercial career, based internationally and more than thirteen years in Norway. He holds a B.A. in Computer Engineering from the Bucks County College in Pennsylvania, USA.

Bjørn Auke

Vice President of Operations
Mr. Auke joined IDEX in 2006 as Operations Manager. He has a broad national and international experience in managing operations activities and product development processes from Norwegian companies like the Kongsberg Group and Tandberg Data AS.

Joakim Østensen

Vice President of Technology
Mr. Ostensen has been with IDEX since 2006, and was appointed VP of Technology in 2010. His experience includes positions as senior HW developer, product- and project manager for various high tech companies in Scandinavia, as well as board member for Data Respons (listed on Oslo Stock Exchange). Mr. Ostensen holds a MSc in Electrical Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, and is currently enrolled in the Executive MBA program of BI Norwegian School of Management.
